Earlier in the year, I simply got tired of being someone who I wasn’t. My wardrobe was literally growing, having replaced my outgrown apparel with XXL clothing. My health seemed to be deteriorating as well: shortness of breath, chest pains, etc. I had to make a choice and stand up for myself. I joined a gym, fell in love with cycling, reduced my caloric intake and took charge of my life. The picture below captures the peak of my weight literally 1 year ago to the present day me. I feel super. I feel healthier. As a wise man once said, “Your health is your wealth.” I couldn’t agree more.| 2 Comments »
At the request of @ewwmatic, I shot/created a GIF of this wonderful dunk fail with 3Frames. The interface is a bit whacky but it gets the job done.

Querencia Community Bike Shop had its’ Goldsprint fundraiser in Denton last night.
It was my first time to actually muster the courage to race on stage in front of people… a 500m mad dash to the finish line on a stationary bicycle was no joke! Typically these races are configured to only a 250m run, but not this time around.
On a side note, it was cool seeing someone rocking a shirt I printed for PEDALLAS.com!
